Walk to Balance Stress

Keep a pair of walking shoes and a portable cd player in your trunk so you won’t have an excuse to not take a walk when you find yourself with extra time between kids’ activities, appointments or whatever!

There's no better way to spend a half hour than a walk to your favorite music.  Many Moms (and Dads!) walk around the soccer field during practice!

It also gives you a little time for adult conversation!
